Non-KeystrokingThe USB model connects directly via any USB port. Unlike the pcProx 13.56 MHz Enroll product the 82 series does not use keystroking to send it's info but instead uses a callable DLL or serial ASCII command protocol for the USB virtual COM device.

Easy software integration of contactless cards
The optional software developer’s kit includes several high level commands which allows third-party developers to set contactless products in just a couple of days. This enables medical, time and attendance, PC log-on, and other multiauthentication applications to interface easily with contactless cards. The output is transferred to the application via a callable DLL or ASCII command protocol.
