Returns

An RMA number is required for returning products. Returned products without an RMA number will not be accepted. To request an RMA number, we require a completed request form.

rfIDEAS-shop offers a standard manufacturer's warranty on all listed products.

Support can be provided by telephone and/or email.

Warranty

rfIDEAS-shop follows the same warranty policy as rfIDEAS Inc. Detailed warranty information is provided in the PDF document available on this page.

Products that have been ordered incorrectly may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please note that in such cases a restocking and testing fee of 30% of the product value will be charged.
